BROMO TOUR (02 Days/01 Nights) Day 01; FULL DAY DRIVE TO BROMO
Depart from your hotel , drive through the west Bali to Gilimanuk (Ferry harbor). Wait for the ferry (15 minutes in normal traffic). It takes 40 - 65 minutes to get the Ketapang harbor depending on the waves, wind and the traffic. Set your watch 1 hour back. Continue driving, heading north. Lunch at local restaurant in Situbondo or whenever you feel like it, your English speaking driver knows some restaurants on the way that won't give you the Bali. Further drive to Bromo through the main road (the easiest and faster way to get the Bromo). Check in at hotel, hopefully before sunset. Take a rest for a while before dinner. After dinner, it is advisable to go to sleep early to catch the 04.00 o'clock Jeep to Mount Penanjakan.
Day 02; SUNRISE AT MOUNT PENANJAKAN, WITNESSING THE BREATHTAKING VIEW OF MOUNT BROMO AND THE SURROUNDING.
Get up at 03.50 o'clock. You can always rent a jacket for Rp.
10,000. The restaurant is open for you till 05.00
After the trip go back to to the hotel, pack the luggage and have a nice breakfast at the hotel restaurant and drive back to Bali. END OF THE TRIP.

Drive to Mount Bromo, you can always tell the driver to stop at a convenience
place to take more pictures. Arriving the start point from where you take a walk
towards the foot of volcano, a lot of horse masters will be insisting on you
riding their horses. It's fun, unless you feel sorry for those little animals
carrying tourists every day! It only 500 meters to walk. Time to climb the
volcano through the stairway to heaven, when you are on top (at the rim of the
crater), make sure you are not too close to the smoke as it may cause dizziness,
it is dangerous by windy.
